5. Refunds and Credits
- Non-Refundable Policy: All purchases of sessions, workshops, and related services are final and non-refundable.
- Credit Policy: If you are unable to attend a scheduled session or workshop, you may request a credit for the amount paid, which can be applied toward a future session, workshop, or product of equal or lesser value. Credits must be used within one (1) year from the date of issue, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- No Cash Value: Credits do not have any cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another individual without our express written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Sparkle on Purpose, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and course materials (the “Content”), are owned or licensed by us.
- License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Restrictions: You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, create derivative works from, transmit, sell, or license any Content unless you have our express written permission.
